This interactive session will explore the responsive, adaptive skill of leadership, including a series of models, tools and presuppositions that have been crystalised and then tested. As well as developing the models, Joe has been sharing them with leaders and managers across hundreds of businesses. His approach to developing business models tends to be ‘macro’ modelling… based on patterns of behaviours and impact. This leads to highly pragmatic and applicable strategies.

Joe Cheal is an NLP Master Trainer based in the UK.

Since 1993 he has worked with thousands of leaders/managers…and in that time, he has been modelling the application of leadership.
